Volusia County Beach Pass Information

Volusia County Beach Pass information is available online. If you will be visiting the the beaches in Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach, Ponce Inlet, Ormond Beach, etc., then you will need to obtain a Volusia County Beach Pass. You only need a Volusia County Beach Pass if you plan on driving onto the beach. If you park off the beach and walk onto it you can purchase a parking permit, or you may be able to find parking areas that are free. 

Here is the 2018 rate for the Volusia County Beach Pass:

  • $25 for a Volusia County resident
  • $45 for a combo pass (this will get you onto the beach and into Smyrna Dunes Park)
  • $100 for a visitor season pass (you can use it as much as you want for the season)

It's $20 for a Volusia County Beach daily visitor pass onto the beach. It's good all day on the day it as purchased and you will get one re-entry onto the beach the same day (in case you run to store or restaurant and want to go back onto the beach).
